Neat stuff - congrats on getting "pg" - now the dog will have have a friend (but I don't recommend letting the baby sleep in the cage with him).

I appreciated very much that you didn't mention that jackass who lived with you for a few months while flood recuperation efforts were under way in 1997 (in your 100 greatest moments, or something like that).

By now you've probably guessed it's Mike. I'm posting anonymously because it says it takes 3 minutes to create an account - my time is too vital for that - cuts into my nap.

Name your child "seven" - see Seinfeld episode (George Costanza's favorite Yankee was Mickey Mantle - got in a fight with a family who stole the name).

Over and out.

Harsh, you said, "PG." Is that a Swanberg reference?

And was it really '97? That seems like so long ago.

Hey, Mike, this is Momma...I've missed you...I post anonymously also, not because of the time it takes to set up a account, mostly because of ignorance. Hope you and yours are well, and yes very cool about B&R's newest addition. Not only does Boomer have to more over, there's also Moirdred (sp) and Kitty-Kitty. Now I have to go see what Ruthie's done on her blog. Ma

I read Ruthie's blog, but can't post yet, will not allow anonymous stuff. Sad, I wanted to "amen" the Harry Connick, Jr. concert. WONDERFUL, cute butt too! Ma

Hello ma gregory! funny communication world we live in. family is doing very well.

yes, ben, the "pg" reference was to Swanberg. And all these years i thought you were firing blanks.

Another "small world" reference. A lady from my church (Virginia "Ginny" Smith) visited Ruthie's home church and met Mr. and Mrs. Larry B. She said he told them about the time I spent the night there on the CIY trip. I'm thinking, "oh crap - I think we all had gas real bad that night." And the fact that Mr. B puts his name on everything. I think that's when my appreciation for a label maker began.

Kristi and I watched the movie "Unbreakable" the other night - Bruce Willis & Samuel L. Jackson (why the L.? - my middle name is Lee and I don't go around with this Michael "L" Harshman thing) - anyway, it's not too bad. Didn't know if movie reviews were are part of your blog.

Seen the HBO movie 61*? Pretty good. The guy playing Mantle makes you do a double-take.

Your movie reviews are welcome here. Pretty nuts about the Larry B. connection. (Remember Lyle in those wooden shoes?) Loved 61*. Not shooting blanks--had the safety on all these years.
