I took the question to mean pitchers I have actually witnessed, "live and in person." Accordingly:
(1) Nolan Ryan (Astros vs. Cubs in Chicago)
(2) The Big Unit (Yanks vs. Tigers in Detroit)
(3) Mark Pryor (numerous times as a Lugnut)
(4) Greg Maddux (Braves vs. Twins in Atlanta)
That's Prior with an 'i' by the way...
By way of clarification: I didn't necessarily mean "live and in person," so feel free to amend your answer, (not that there's much wrong with that rotation).
