As precisely as I'm able: When I go the place where I should be able to compose a new post, I am unable to move my cursor from the "title" field down into the place where the body of the post would go.
What browser are you using? If you're using something like Netscape, you should see the error of your ways and repent immediately. Try something like Mozilla Firefox, or even IE. Netscape won't let one use Blogger's rich-text editor (in the 'compose' tab). However, it will let you edit the HTML, which would be a viable alternative (I prefer seeing the HTML code anyway).
