I too adore Albert Pujols -- he's one of my absolute favorites right now -- but when it comes to the St. Louis Cardinals, only one guy will ever be The Man.
I was looking through league leaders in stuff and saw that Barry Bonds is leading the league in walks by 70 and leading the league in On base percentage with a .609. That is like .200 percent over the next guy. That is increadible!
And does anyone else find the "Remember me" check-box on the comment log-in to be useless? I just logged in once to comment on bro's blog and then, less than 2 minutes later, I had to log in again.
I really think that Cy Young is the best pitcher ever too now. He has 511 wins, the next guy, Walter Johnson has 417 wins, I really don't think anyone will ever catch him. (I want to sound baseball smart, I am starting to do a lot of homework on it now)
Bart, Walter Johnson still gets my vote for Greatest Pitcher of All Time. If those Senators teams hadn't been so mind-numbingly dreadful he'd have a least a hundred more wins -- at least. Randy Johnson is another guy who's gonna get to Cooperstown with a win total that won't reflect how good he was. How many 2-0 games has he lost? (Not that I'm suggesting that Randy Johnson is a candidate for the Greatest Pitcher of All Time, but he's at least one of the five greatest lefties ever.)

Incredible
I'm telling you, Ben. Teach the kid to spell!

Sorry, spelling is not my forte
Hey Ben, and sorry for that mistake. Could I use the excuse that I put "the man" in lower case letters?
He can spell "forte" but he can't spell "incredible." Go figure. =)

Cool, I looked him up. I know Christy Mathewson now! I saw that he is third all time in shut outs. Very cool.
I would make some comment such as, "You're helping to create a monster," but at least it gets him away from the guitar for a few minutes.
Bartman returns to LBC today. He may not always like the college, but at least he likes the city.
it's the best city on the planet

I saw him on the top of a few (really a lot) of categories. I'll check on the Randy Johnson thing, sounds interesting.
