I let him out & fed him this morning and he seemed as OK as he ever does. The bulbs were in the funny box they come in- which I'm sure is what he was actually after (the guy can't resist good cardboard). There was blood on the bulbs, though. I couldn't find the wound it came from.
Is he any brighter? No. The thing about The Boomer is that he doesn't borrow brightness, he crushes it. He also smells horrible. And gnaws on his own feet as if they were rawhide chews. And bashes the door with his face when he wants in. And consistently looks the wrong direction when someone speaks to him. And goes around the bacon to get eat the paper plate that it's on. And squints his eyes and turns away in fear when you toss him a dog treat. And discovered last week that we have a cat -- (she's been here for two years).

Was the "bright" intentional? Or did it just come out that way?
